New feature

Visualize at a glance the state of your fleet

Find now a spot, color indicator of the state of your park:

- if your service is fully operational a green color will appear,

- if some documents could not be transmitted, the spot will be orange,

- if currently some of your users fail to transmit their documents it will be red.

Feel free to click on the spot for more information and also check your scan history.

Well-informed customers in case of impossibility of transmission

You have the option to fill in the email adress of your customers if you want them to be informed when a scanned document has not been received.

This will allow your customer to remember to scan an undelivered document again.

A more precise diagnosis

You are now informed of the date of the last error of a Cloud contract thanks to the help button in the state colum.

This information lets you know since when your customer has not done a scan.

You can also cross-check this information with the scan history by choosing the period and the relevant customer and see how many documents have failed.

General Data Protection Regulation

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union come into force on May 25, 2018.

This law strengthens your rights as a customer and requires organizations to adapt their customer communication process.

If you wish to continue to stay informed of the latest features available on the Connect Portal and good practices to adopt, go to your Connect account to let us know your choice. You can change it at any time in your account settings.

An information is sent approximatively once every 2 months.

Management of your Demat'Box fleet

By becoming Premium user* you benefit from additional features allowing you to manage your Demat'Box efficiently.

Your dashboard will automatically be pre-filled** with the Demat'Box serial numbers you purchased.

Thanks to this, you do not need the Demat'Box^® PIN code to make pairings, you only have to select the serial number of the machines in your fleet.

It may be appropriate to save your table of variables from time to time.

This table works like Excel, just copy it and paste it into an Excel file on your computer.
